I'm Christa!
Author, Actor and Ignite Health Coach.
It took me a solid 11 years of misdiagnoses, learning to advocate for myself, and trial and errors with treatments to get to where I am today. I love supporting those struggling with the same battles I have gotten through and sharing the lessons I've learned. My joy comes from helping others identify, overcome and often surpass their struggles of chronic illness.
I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme in 2020, after 10.5 years of being misdiagnosed.
That is why I have embraced my new passion of health and life coaching, with an emphasis on mindset and neuroplasticity, because when I was at my worst, and doctors couldn't help me, I healed myself and so can you.
I graduated as a health coach from Trinity School of Natural Health and as a life coach from The Academy of Applied Psychology.

Fun facts about me!
My proudest accomplishment is creating, writing, producing, and starring in the popular musical webseries "Super Single". You may even recognize a certain heartthrob from Lizzie McGuire playing my love interest!
I played Ivanka Trump in the hit satirical comedy "In Trump We Trust", and even got a rave review in the L.A. Times!
I've created a short documentary called "Chronically Christa: When Life Gives You Lyme."
I wrote and recorded 3 original pop songs that are available on iTunes and Spotify! My first single "Something About You" won 2nd place in a Worldwide Indie Songwriter Contest.
I began riding horses when I was 7 years old and by my teen years I was an award winning equestrian in the AAA circuit competing in 3'6 Jumpers all over the country.
